Please note that all counseling sessions will be conducted via telephone or online video counseling using a confidential, secure, and HIPAA compliant platform until further notice. We must all do our part to limit the spread and prevent exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
All services are available and can be conducted through either the telephone (voice only) or video using either the telephone or your laptop. When selecting the service type please select telephone counseling for voice only or online video counseling for video. If you would like to conduct this video session on your cell phone please text me ahead of time so I can contact you via your cell phone instead of email to your laptop.
Step 1: To schedule an Individual or Couples therapy appointment click on the day and time you would like and you will be directed to the client registration screen.
The Credit Card you provide will be charged on the day of your session or in the event of a late cancellation. If you are using an HSA or FSA card you will need to make payment the day prior to your session using the Make a Payment tab. Appointments can not be booked with an HSA card , another major card is required to hold your appointment.
Please Note: If you don't see the date or time you need or to obtain additional information about any of these counseling services, please fill out the form below or contact me directly via email or phone. Other office hours may be available that are not currently on this calendar.
Step 2: All New Clients must complete intake Paperwork Prior to your first Session.
If you are a New Client please go to the Helpful Forms tab and print and complete the first form and bring
it with you to your session to avoid taking session time to complete intake paperwork.
Appointments Cancelled less than 48 hours prior to your session will be billed at the full session rate. Please contact me directly via email or phone if you need to reschedule your appointment. Please note that failure to confirm via the text notification that is sent to you does not cancel your appointment, however you can respond "No" to the reminder text to cancel an appointment.
To Reschedule an existing appointment for another date/time : Book the new appointment time that you would like and text me at 813/501-2053 to cancel the old appointment to avoid being billed for that session.
