When you schedule your appointment please make sure to choose the option you prefer.
Please make sure to specify the Telehealth option if you prefer an online virtual session.

TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT :
Follow Steps 1 & 2 and scroll down to the bottom of the screen to select day and time
Step 1: To schedule a Counseling Session first select the day and time you would like and then select the type of service , you will then be directed to the client registration screen.
Your appointment will need to be approved prior to confirming it. The time and date you select may not be available as the schedule changes frequently.
The Credit Card you provide will be charged on the day of your session or in the event of a late cancellation.
New Clients will need to prepay at least 48 hrs in
advance for their initial session.
As a new client your session will be billed at the time of your booking to reserve your spot and confirm your initial appointment.
Please note that sessions cancelled inside the 48 hr time will be billed in full.
If you are using an HSA or FSA card you will need to make payment the day prior to your session using the Make a Payment tab. Appointments can not be booked with an HSA card , another major card is required to hold your appointment.

Step 2: All New Clients must complete intake Paperwork Prior to your first Session.
If you are a New Client please go to the Helpful Forms tab and print and complete the first form and bring
it with you to your session to avoid taking session time to complete intake paperwork. If you are attending the appointment via Telehealth then please complete the online form completely then press submit.
Appointments Cancelled less than 48 hours prior to your session
will be billed at the full session rate.

Please note that failure to confirm via the text notification that is sent to you does not cancel your appointment, however you can respond "No" to the reminder text to cancel an appointment.
To Reschedule an existing appointment for another date/time : Book the new appointment time that you would like and text me at 813/501-2053 to cancel the old appointment to avoid being billed for that session.
